One engine instead of disconnected tools

Patient service required marketing, registration, scheduling, payments, documents and clinical work to operate together. Separate services made the process hard to control and created extra administrative work.

The new engine organizes the complete flow. Data from forms and acquisition sources enters one model, while each next action is available in a workspace designed for the user's role.

Platform capabilities

Modules cover public sales, practice operations and everyday patient collaboration.

01

Multi-source registration

Forms retain the patient's acquisition source and route every record into one service process.

02

Patient portal

A protected area for appointments, resources, tasks, journals and collaboration history.

03

Dietitian and admin portal

Patient, consultation, note, permission and service status management in one workspace.

04

Appointments and time zones

Online consultation booking with availability, slot validation and correct local time for each patient.

05

Payments and settlements

A custom payment gateway layer, transaction statuses and automated order follow-up.

06

Invoices and KSeF

Sales document generation with an invoicing process integrated with Poland's national e-invoice system.

07

Patient education

Training resources and structured content delivered at the right point in the program.

08

Journals and notes

Regular patient entries, specialist notes and context retained for future consultations.

09

Recipes and knowledge

A recipe module with preparation time, categories and content supporting a low-GI diet.

10

Instagram and brand content

Social activity connected with website content, updates and paths leading to the offer.

11

Looker Studio analytics

Sales and marketing data prepared for Google Looker Studio reports and source attribution.

12

Shop and program delivery

Offer, basket, program purchase and automatic start of the correct process after payment.

Choosing your development partner

Scope, technology and collaboration. Practical answers before your first conversation.

How do I choose the best software house for my project?

Compare working products, experience with similar workflows and the plan for maintaining your software. Ask for a live demo, integration scope, code ownership terms and a development roadmap. Jspace’s portfolio includes a nutrition platform and interactive 3D configurators you can explore before discussing your project.

Does Jspace work with clients outside Wroclaw and Lower Silesia?

Yes. Jspace is based in Wroclaw, Lower Silesia, and works with companies across Poland and Europe. Projects can be delivered remotely, with scope and communication agreed together. We work in Polish, English and German.

What is the difference between 3D visualization and a product configurator?

A 3D visualization shows how a product looks. A configurator adds material choices, dimensions, personalization and compatibility rules. The selected configuration can be passed to a shopping cart, CRM or quotation form.

Can a 3D product builder integrate with my existing store?

Yes. A configurator can be embedded through an iframe or JavaScript. Passing variants, pricing and order data requires integration with the store’s API. Scope depends on models, options, product rules and the systems involved.

Need a custom client operations platform?

We will design the process, portals, integrations and reporting around the way your team works.
