Software Development Services
Project Scope and Delivery
Jspace provides custom software development services as outlined in individual project agreements. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or Project Agreement signed by both parties.
Development Process
Our development follows a structured 8-step process as outlined on our website. You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary information to facilitate the development process. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, upon full payment for our services, you will receive ownership rights to the custom software developed specifically for your project. Jspace retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools used in the development process. We may use general concepts, programming techniques, and non-proprietary components developed during your project for other clients.
Software Warranty and Support
Jspace warrants that the software developed will substantially conform to the specifications outlined in the project agreement for a period of 90 days after delivery. This warranty does not cover issues arising from modifications made by you or third parties, integration with other systems not approved by Jspace, or use of the software in a manner not intended. Support and maintenance services beyond the warranty period are available through separate service agreements.
User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using Jspace. However, by uploading or creating content, you grant Jspace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create. Jspace does not endorse or assume any liability for user content.
Privacy

Termination
